I. Aperçu de la pompe de processus chimique HJ
La pompe de processus chimique résistante à la corrosion HJ est une pompe centrifuge en porte - à - faux à aspiration unique à un étage. Son marquage, ses caractéristiques nominales et ses dimensions sont conformes à l'échelle gb5662 - 1985, équivalente à ISO2858 - 1975. Il est du même type que la pompe de type IH promue au niveau national.
HJ Chemical Process Pump pièces en contact avec le milieu, couramment utilisé en fonte, en acier moulé, 2cr13,0cr18ni9,1cr18ni9,0cr18ni9ti, 1cr18ni9ti, 0cr18ni12mo2ti, 40Cr, Monel, 1cr18ni12mo2ti, Ti (titane), 00cr17ni12mo2ti, Hastelloy B, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 alliage de série, 20 alliage d'acier, 0cr25ni6mo3cu2mn2si et d'autres matériaux, l'étanchéité de l'arbre est scellé mécaniquement, étanchéité de puissance et étanchéité de remplissage, l'utilisateur peut être sélectionné arbitrairement en fonction des conditions de travail réelles.
II. Utilisation de pompe de processus chimique HJIndustrie du papier: transport de liquide de cuisson et de blanchiment de pâte à papier.
Industrie de l'acier: placage, décapage, traitement acide des déchets.
Industrie alcaline: eau - mère de sel d'ammoniac produite à partir de base pure et d'ammoniac, soude caustique à température normale produite à partir de chlore alcalin, produits chlorés et chlorates, hypochlorites
Métallurgie colorée: transport d'électrolytes de cuivre - Nickel électrolytiques, de brouillards acides produisant du cobalt, de boues minérales produisant du zinc, de Vanadate d'ammonium produisant du vanadium, d'acides et de thiourée produisant de l'or, etc.
Pétrochimie: raffinage du pétrole acétaldéhyde, fabrication d'alkyles stupides.
Industrie de l'acide: acide nitrique, acide sulfurique, acide chlorhydrique, acide phosphorique, acide acétique, etc.
Industrie pharmaceutique: production de médicaments et de pesticides.
Industrie des fibres synthétiques et des matières plastiques: polyester, production de polychlorure de vinyle, textile, industrie de l'impression et de la teinture.
Industrie des engrais: urée, production de nitrate d'ammonium.
Protection de l'environnement: transport de liquide de brouillard acide.
